Whether you are lining an irrigation pond, an industrial pond, water features in a common area, a golf course water hazard, or a water feature in your own front yard, Harrison’s Ponds has the right liner for you.

Available in several different thicknesses, our PPL® containment membranes are an HDPL/LDPE fabric designed for economical, safe containment of contaminated soils or liquids.

Unlike EPDM liners, HPL liners do not need to be completely covered with sand or soil to enforce the warranty. Also, the sub-surface does not need to be sand or heavily padded, just raked dirt. This is because of the extremely high puncture and tear resistance and UV resistance of the liners.

Millions of square feet of HPL-24® have been used by thousands of large and small users. It is approved by numerous governmental agencies, engineering companies, and environmental departments nationwide, including Alaska Dept. of Environmental Conservation, Oregon State DEQ, State of Washington, USDA/NRCS, and the environmental departments of Marathon, UNOCAL, Conoco, and Arco oil companies. The HPL-24 pond liners approved by the United States Department of Agriculture for non-soil covered conditions for irrigation ponds up to 2 acres in size.

HPL-24® is a polyethylene product, so it has hydrocarbon, chemical, and UV resistance. It also has excellent cold crack characteristics (-65°F). It is an excellent flexible membrane liner choice due to price, prompt availability, approvals, past and present users, capabilities, stability, and inherent strength and resistance characteristics.
